When unlit, it displays a classic physical map with naturally colored land masses and blue oceans. When lit, countries, regions, states, and other political borders appear. The globe is mounted on a round solid hardwood base with a traditional walnut finish, and features a metal die-cast semi-meridian. One 25-watt bulb included.
